CAPITAL starts with the needs, expertise, and feedback of young people themselves. They make essential contributions to launching sustainable projects. That's why it's crucial that every decision and project undertaken by CAPITAL is championed and strengthened by young people. CAPITAL aims to co-create: for young people, by young people. Young people are involved from the initial ideation stage with the Youth Council, right through to implementation with our Rangers . The Rangers are our volunteers who keep CAPITAL open outside of office hours and are involved in the day-to-day running of several of our programs.
